Omega Point Pathfinder skin gone from inventory

I'm just coming back to the game now after not playing since season 1. Saw there was an issue with an exploit where people could get the skin for free and saw that players lost the skin after an update in season 2. Though the claims from Respawn and EA say that these have been fixed and they only removed the skin from exploited accounts. Well I got the skin legitimately through Twitch Prime at the time and coming back to the game yesterday, I couldn't select it.

My Pathfinder had it equipped so I could see him wearing it on the skin select menu, but couldn't pick it. Then I find today that he isn't using it at all anymore, just the default one, with absolutely no way to select it again.

I've now talked with someone from Amazon support since they run Prime Gaming who had be unlink and relink my EA, Amazon, and Twitch accounts with no success. I was then referred to EA support as they would allegedly have direct access to the account. Only to find that EA doesn't give their help direct access to the account and Sunita, as helpful and polite as she could be, wasn't able to help me with this issue. She said she would contact the appropriate teams and told me I could try to submit a post here to see if I can get the issue resolved. Hopefully this works, as I have no ideas what else to do to get my favorite pathfinder skin back.
