Community AdminHi, yep a code: snake can also apply when there's the short-term leaver penalty related to ranked, and it sounds like you were having server or network issues.
Leaf is often an indicator of something more server-side, but you can check the steps here to ensure your connection is as stable as possible from your end: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/
So apparently I found the issue my GPU caused them crashes... I hope they will remove this snake code.
