Server Sync, Account Not permitted to Play Online

Hello everyone, I'm kind of at a loss for what to do. I'm playing on Xbox One, and I keep getting kicked out when I join a game. 

I've recently moved into company provided housing and am using their Wi-Fi, I was able to play apex for about a week before this issue occured for the first time. I've also tried switching to cellular data hotspot and nothing seems to be working. 

I am able to load the game and get into the main screen fine. I can join lobby's with friends on the same console or cross-play. I can ready up and connect to a lobby, it changes to the transition/loading screen but as soon as I would be in the legend select menu I am forced back to the starter screen with "out of Sync with server code:truck". When I switch over to a hotspot it says "this account is not permitted to play online". I've never been banned or suspended and am just trying to solve the issue. If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it.
