if you playing from pc
Delete your display card driver completely with DDU. Install the previous driver and try. This solved my problem for now.
Frierennnnnnnn Considering that they had said "Sony", I'm assuming they're on a PlayStation, in which case they won't be able to download a program to uninstall the Graphics Card's drivers, (and besides, they should be able to do that on PC, (if they were playing on a PC), without using a 3rd party program).
Oh, I'm so sorry. It's my fault. I didn't realize it that way when a few people had the same problem on their computers.😪
