Apex crashes in ranked

I crash in the beginning stage of a game, almost always, i thought i found a fix by tabbing out during character select, but I got kicked during countdown today, and ban is up to 40 minutes now. I am getting very annoyed, please fix this. I am quite sure there is no reset and it really annoys me that that is the case. I think it should give people the time back for time they arent being banned, that way i can step away from the game to have it fixed.

I tried alot today and I have also noticed that I cannot get a crash log because the game freezes, goes black screen, then doesnt do anything. I have to manually close it which tends to make it not a crash, but a freeze.
