Unfair ban
Got banned last 4th of june for "gameplay enhancement" but:
a) Never cheated in my life
b) Never used scripts or hardware to gain advantage in my life
c) Never changed any files to weird resolution or lowest gfx like friends of mine have done in the past
d) Never, EVER, cheated in my life
That being said EA rejected every appeal. If this was just a recent account I wouldn't worry to much about it but my account is old, my apex acc is 7 years old, I have a bunch of heirlooms and prestige skins and even have 150 heirloom shards to spend. This not only is unfounded but also unfair. There's no way to contact people, no way to call anyone. They literally don't care or just let ai to handle it all.
Can someone please for god's sake take a look at my acc? I can't stress this enough but I have never, EVER, cheated in my whole llife.

The EA staff here on the EA Forums can't change a decision made by our terms of service moderation team, nor take a closer look at your account.
If you believe the ban was applied by mistake, I can only recommend that you submit a new dispute form and provide as much information as possible to help the dedicated teams perform a new review, if possible.I'm sorry I don't have better news to share. Thank you for your patience with this.
