Hi there, @BostonGators
One resolution we've seen for this is setting your Xbox language to English. Also, try clearing the Quick Resume queue. To do this, hit the Guide button. Where it says Quick Resume, you should see some games. Highlight a game and hit the hamburger button on your controller. It's the one with 3 horizontal lines on it to the right of the Guide button. Now, at the bottom of this list you'll see "Remove from Quick Resume". Do this for each game and try loading into Apex again. Let me know how it goes. Thanks!

Thanks for the suggestions. I checked and already had selected Xbox language to English. I also cleared the one quick resume game I had in queue. Still no Apex. Even tried to clear game data and restart. This time I get the spinning circle and it says "Waiting for Precache." I let it spin for awhile but nothing. Still boots me every time. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for the update. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
Also, try clearing the alternate MAC address with these steps:
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

I did was you suggested and still no apex. This time it was booting back to the xbox main screen before I could press A to continue. Missing Apex, any other ideas?
