Same exact problem with me I just got my ps5 and I can play other games just fine. I tested it out and played on another profile on my ps5 and I could play just fine. Thinking it’s my account. Let me know if you’ve fixed it somehow
Yes this method it fixed somewhat but in order for it to work better this is what I did
1. Make sure you restore licenses, go to account and system, and then go to information then go to restore licenses
2. Then turn off your ps5 and go into safe mode and click the option to rebuild database
3. when ps5 is on then what your going to do is Restart ps5, (NOT factory reset) just press the ps5 button and restart ps5
4. Turn off ps5 and wait a for a few seconds to turn off and disconnect the ps5 power cord and leave it disconnected for a few minutes and then plug it back in and turn on ps5
5. It should work better or fine than before these steps helped me better and it got me playing Apex longer and it let me play matches and get me a dub for season 19, however if this doesn’t work contact PlayStation support and tell them your error code when you crash or tell them what happens and if they tell you about the usb method make sure the usb is formatted as FAT32 ! I hope this helped
