I think it’s a game issue rather than our account because if we can play it then it’s not our device it’s the game. But guys what helped me out is to contact PlayStation support they will guide you how to do it throughout the steps trust me, you might need a usb that’s formatted as fat32

Same here when I throw arc stars or when I tried shooting in the game I’d freeze and it kicks me out I’ll try your method today thanks!!
