Apex crashing (dxgi device hung,CreateShaderResour..and now crashes 100% the pc)

Hi, so recently installed apex but the game keeps crashing I open the game it loads and compiles the shaders, open the main menu but its open all sturred like lagged for a couple seconds then goes n...

@EA_Kent yo i fixed it my pcie cable was not on proper

so i was able to kinda fix it, i cap the fps, try to put "-fps_max x" replace the x in the hz of your monitor,with this i was able to play but still crashes evertytime i die or just randomdly mid game but not on the main menu.

Are you also playing with the game set to 3440x1440 resolution?

  @SEEK-KEBABi was able to fix, it ended up being a ram problem, all i need to do was change the slot, i always use on the 1 and 2 slot, then i change it to the 2 and 4 slot, and the problems start to appear, i just put it back again on the first 2 slots and is running good no problems.
  Apex didnt crash
  Csgo didnt crash
  i also did a burningtest with 3d graphics on 100% and didnt crash
