Apex Cross-Progression Bugged?

Hello, 

 I just lunched Apex (I have it on Steam) to check out the new season 19 and the long waited cross-progression, but I came out emptyhanded. As soon as I open the game, for the first time, it crashed (prolly my pc's fault), I restart it get into the game this time only to see that cross-progression hasn't worked on me. Is it a bug or not. I have connected all my other platform accounts with my EA account so I don't know what else I can do. Can somebody help?

    you boofed up sadly. youre not suppose to unlink accounts to add them to a different account as this would cause people to want to steal accounts from people. youre suppose to have two accounts linked to one account to begin with. once you unlink an account im pretty sure it resets the account until you link it to the original one it was on.

    You can reach out to support directly to see if they're able to assist with this, but won't be able to unlink it again on your end so soon, correct.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can assist further getting that re-linked to the original account.

    I unlinked an account to relink it to an account that had my other accounts on it and lost everything. Can’t click on legends, loadout, store, have no skins. And when I go to unlink it again to try and go back to the old account it says I can’t relink for 4 months

    It was stated that before a certain date u could no longer get youre account cross progressed so linking it now would do thing

    Well you're out of luck if you would have paid attention it's already too late to link or unlink accounts to get youre account cross progressed I Believe it was sometime last week

    Same here, unlinked from old ea account and linked my account with all my progress. I can only select play and clubs

    My account is linked and I’m having this same issue - any suggestions on what to do?

    @EA_Mako I got in touch with support before and they helped me link my Xbox account to my ea account. When I try to play now on my Xbox I have access to nothing.
