apex cross progression merged with wrong account

Question

the wrong account was merged for my apex cross progression i have easily 2-3k$ spent on apex on console&nbsp; and 3k+ hours on console and recently switched over to pc now that cross progression has come out for some reason my account is level 6 with nothing unlocked wth happened here and how did they f up this bad. their "support" page is no help as its impossible to talk to an actual person to try and resolve these things anymore. i would love to have all of my stuff back but for some reason i lost everything even from my 1.5k hour playtime steam account&nbsp;&nbsp;

your quick link goes no where, when i click it there is no page to look at. instead if someone can reply to the email i sent to support so we can get this figured out that would be awesopme. ive spent way to much time and money on this game to lose everything&nbsp;
