Apex Legends Crashing at startup from steam

I’ve downloaded apex legends on steam and I don’t have any problems launching other games from steam but when I try to launch apex legend the loading screen pops up and then it disappears and shows me the option to open the game again,  I’ve tried multiple ways to fix it but nothing has worked, I did some stuff out of desperation and now I’m met with this message.

Anybody that can help me fix this and be able to launch the game from steam?

help would be greatly appreciated
