apex cross progression merged with wrong account

the wrong account was merged for my apex cross progression i have easily 2-3k$ spent on apex on console  and 3k+ hours on console and recently switched over to pc now that cross progression has come ...

man i have a similar problem too, instead of giving me my progress from my xbox it just overwrote it with my pc progress. have they been any help yet?
