my apex doesnt load

when i try to laod into the game and enter main menu it tells me to click left mouse button so i click it and i get kicked and then i kept searching how to fix but nothing helped and when i tried to run administration says settings dx12.json not found so then i found how to fix that but still doesnt work and still comes up as settings dx12.json not found
