Hi, 1 hour later i found the solution, you have to update your bios, here is a link on how to, skip to the step by step thing: https://www.gamersnexus.net/guides/1572-how-to-flash-bios-on-asus-board
and here is a link to download the latest manufacturer update on the bios, you need to put it on a usb stick:
it will download as a zip dont forget to extract it, after everything you have done you should be able to do that easily.
