APEX hardlocking my PC

New game session and my PC is hardlocked... again. Only hard reset can help me. I can't collect any data about this issue. I tried many ways for slove this issue from your technical FAQ. But sometimes i can play over 5 hours without hardlock and some times i have 4 hardlocks in a row (can you imagine which butthurt i have each time). I cant give you video or dump files. And all this issues started after solo match update. Guys i love your game... but i cant play in this open beta version. Because of PC's hardlocks i can lost my HDD with info.

PC Setup:

ADM Ryzen 5 2600X

16 Gb DDR4 2800 (down from 3000, but this way can't help me)

Asus 2070 RTX (with 436.16 drivers) - i think issue in how RTX cards working with APEX.

And i collected DxDiag and attached it to the post.

If you're still hardlocking can you upload a fresh DxDiag for us in your next reply? If you found a solution and can share it with us, others would surely find it helpful when they're browsing these forums. Sorry to hear about the trouble you're having though and hopefully it's all fixed by now.

@ufok4 look i'll only talk about the fps problem ...it was happening to me too and it's not your pc at all...for me what fixed it was updating my windows to the latest version even the optional updates too (to be sure u know) then i updated my GPU driver to the latest thing and that's it ....i know u maybe heard that before ....i just hope it can help u <3

My win 10 is up to date. GPU drivers i was update yesterday (436.48) . Now i update my BIOS for X370-A to 5220 version and update LAN drivers

@EA_Blueberry Yes my GPU drivers is up to date. I played today (after bios update) and game not hardlocking (only 1 crash). Mb problem was in bios version. I'll playing a few games next day and check reprorate for this issue. I hope this issue never reproduced again
