Apex is not installed // VC++; 2148204811

After clicking "OK", the files are deleted. After unsuccessful attempts, I decided to download it via Steam. Since it installs the packages itself. Steam has installed several packages, but 2-3 still (as I understand it) are not installed. Origin deletes the files when I click " OK " in the error window.
