Apex Japan Servers Anti-Cheat bug for EVERYONE

Your Tokyo PC servers for Apex have been bugged for nearly a month now. When my friends and I try to play, half the time our game won't load in properly. We (ALL) get this weird bug where you kind of load into the game, but you get 1 frame every 10 seconds, and by the time the team lands you've timed out with an error message. The error message isn't usually the same but sometimes says something about "Anti Cheat Authentication". It's been nearly a month guys, how can you not be aware of this and not be trying to fix it. We will play other games till it's fixed. I think you are losing a lot of players cos of this.

    I have the exact same issue. For me it usually says the anti-cheat authentication failed. Sometimes it just says that the server connection timed out, despite playing on a stable wired connection. Either of these issues comes up only on Tokyo servers and with a frequency of about every 5 games for me. I’ve tried repairing the anti cheat multiple times, which doesn’t help. Not sure what else to try.
