Apex keeps crashing on load

Hey,

I recently upgraded my computer, was running an i5 processor, 1060 gtx graphics card, 32bg or ram on windows 10.

the new specs are:

intel i7-14700K

evga rtx 3070

Windows 11 64 bit

64 GB ram

and ever since this upgraded build i havent been able to get apex to load. I have uninstalled and fully reinstalled it, and made sure my graphics card driver was updated.

Any advice?

  • Hey folks, please see the tweet below. Those experiencing this just within the past couple days may be running into this issue, though OP and others early on may have a separate situation.

As some in this thread have mentioned, it may help to try disabling programs such as AutoHotKey, DS4Windows, etc.

  • Yeah, turning off my AHK scripts (which I use like 100s of times a day for just using my computer effectively) fixed it for me. Stupid to ban AHK, and even more stupid not to tell me that it was that breaking it, I almost reinstalled windows..
