Community AdminDo you have anything plugged into your USB slots for your Xbox One? It's strange you're getting this error after factory resetting your console and clearing saved data. When you factory reset your console did you have any audio devices (or anything else) plugged into your Xbox?
Is your Xbox from a different region than where you currently reside?

The only thing in the USB port is my controller charger for my controller which my headset is plugged into, my xbox region is still from the UK?

Can you try the following:
- Uninstall the game and clear the saved data from the cloud and local drive for the game
- Remove all devices from the USB slot
- Reinstall the game
I've seen controller chargers and some other devices like dongles conflict with games. I'm leaning towards that as a probable cause of this.

Just tried this and still the same message, gets to the main screen where you press A to continue and I get Pak error and it kicks me off?

Is there any way you can install the game on a different Gamertag and launch it from that Gamertag to see if it works? This way we can identify if it's account related.
