Apex Legends - Connection to server timed out suddenly

I'm having issues with random and sudden disconnects during Apex Legends games. I have 200mbps download and 20mbps upload. I'm connected to the London server and have been experiencing consistent disconnects for seemingly no reason. Any help to somewhat reduce this from happening, even though this is 100% on EA (the multi-billion dollar company) and their bad servers.

Thanks for reaching out about this. We should go through some connection troubleshooting. What platform are you playing on and do you use a wired or wireless connection?

Thanks for getting back to me. Did this just recently start happening? If so, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem and router. Also, shut down your PC. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Start up your PC and try playing again. Let me know if that helps or not.
