Unfortunately we can't help with bans here on the forums. I'd recommend reaching out to our terms of service team. They can take a look at this for you.

I've already tried "reaching out to our terms of service team" which will only lead me to the emailing phase of my issue, where I can explain my case. Problem is after sending the explanation and evidence, the page will ask me to re-appeal again? How many times do I need to explain without your systems not responding? Once rechecking "My Cases" nothing has been uploaded. Why is that? Images below supports my argument. Please do have a check on how to dispute my issue again thank you, I need an answer on how to review my case.
