Apex Legends account reset

Hello, back in April my account was reset and it has not been fixed since. I had quite a few levels and had bought agents like Crypto, Loba and Mirage as well as some cosmetics for at least Crypto. Now I'm suddenly level one and have no stats, no legends, etc. 

Ingame name is Havok and it is linked to this account via steam. Wrote to EA support a few months back and they basically said, not enough people have this problem so we're not gonna do anything and that's honestly quite *. I just want my account reset to what it was before. I've tried all the fixed that have been posted, unlinked and relinked my account, etc, this has been going on for MONTHS sp yeah please fix this for me.
