apex legends "attempting connection (1 of 9)"

I have a problem that I couldn't fix for 10 days straight, whenever I log in to apex I get "attempting connection 1 of 9" then connection failed, followed by another attempt of connection , when it succeeds logging me in, as soon as i get into a game I get kicked out I couldn't play a single game in a while any solutions as I am close to giving up on it tbh
