Re: How to get help with Apex Legends account bans and suspensions

Hello EA Support Team,

I am a player from South Korea, and I need help with my hacked Apex Legends account.

My EA account was accessed by someone without my permission. After the unauthorized access, my Apex Legends account was banned. I believe the ban may be related to actions taken by the person who hacked my account.

I have been trying to submit a ban appeal through the EA Help website, but I keep encountering a case creation error. Although the website sometimes displays a case number, the case does not appear under "My Cases," and I have not received a confirmation email or an access key.

I have also tried contacting EA Support through live chat, but the chat window gets stuck loading or redirects me to an email support message. I have already tried different browser settings and troubleshooting steps, but the issue persists.

Because of this technical issue, I cannot properly submit my ban appeal or get my account situation reviewed.

Could an EA community manager or support representative please help me resolve the case creation issue or direct me to an alternative way to submit my ban appeal?

I would also appreciate an investigation into the unauthorized access to my account and a review of the ban.
