Does it matter if you have the game set to fullscreen or windowed fullscreen? Does it still show up the same way?

Community ManagerIf you edited something in the videoconfig file that might be why this is happening. Have you tried repairing the game in Origin to test and see if that helps at all? If you right-click on Apex Legends in the Origin Library you should see a Repair option when the menu comes up.
Let me know how that goes when you have a chance to give it a try.
