apex legends bug(windows locking itself)

Are you sure you're not hitting the shortcut to lock Windows while you're playing Apex Legends? If you hit the Windows key and L keys at the same time on your keyboard that will lock Windows.

Hi @EA_Kent . No I'm not doing that . I'm not pressing either of the keys . Please give a solution soon . It completely destroys my interest to play this game and frustrates me . I hope you'll find a solution of my problem

That said, what happens if you try setting up a Clean Boot on your PC before you start up Apex Legends? If there's something else running at the same time that could be causing this to happen that may help. For more info on how to set one up check out the EA Help site. Let me know how that goes once you've had a chance to give it a shot.

Hi @HawkEthan5, I'm also having the same problem. I've even reset and reinstalled my Windows. Are you done with the problem?

Im having the same problem and its really annoying it literally ruins the experience of the game , it happens frequently and im certain that i do not hit windows + L on my keyboard please helpout on this issue it is really frustrating
