Apex Legends: Can't Login on PS4

@EA_Kent Thanks for your answer. I've learned that his was a problem between Sony and my hoster, the German Telekom. They fixed it and it works since 2 days now.

There were some connection issues yesterday, but they've since been fixed. Are you still having any problems connecting?

I’m having a problem logging into my apex legends on ps4. The message is can’t complete the action at this time. What should I do?

Hey @tbowles2010.

Are you still seeing this same error when you're trying to sign in? If so, can we try running through some connection troubleshooting to see if that helps at all?

A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. Those can help with a lot of the most common connection issues we see, but if it keeps happening after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well.

Let me know if you're still running into the same error message afterward.
