Apex Legends: Can't Login on PS4

Hey @tbowles2010. 

Are you still seeing this same error when you're trying to sign in? If so, can we try running through some connection troubleshooting to see if that helps at all? 

A good place to start would be with the basic connectivity troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website. Those can help with a lot of the most common connection issues we see, but if it keeps happening after that check out the PS4-specific steps as well. 

Let me know if you're still running into the same error message afterward.

When I try opening apex on my ps4 I’m getting an error message that says, “Disconnect: Server received bad player data from Respawn storage - Zero-length data received from storage.” What does this mean? Also before I got this message I had to restart my applicability on because my game froze as we were dropping.

Are you still getting this same error message when you're trying to start up Apex Legends? If so, what happens if you try logging into the game with a different PSN ID on the same console? Do you get the same error from another account, or is it just that specific account?

I have experienced the same issue as well and the way to fix it I discovered it simply opening another application then closing that and opening Apex legends again I hope this helps.

"there was a problem processing game logic. please try again."

i have used 4 different emails on ps4 and it says it is sending me a verification email but i have not gotten a single one

Apex is locked can’t access the game - cannot use content. It’s reads Your license cannot be confirmed
