Apex Legends causing discord to lag randomly

Hello Community and support,

i have one of the most annoying issues. Everytime i launch and play apex, any other voice chat apps (discord, zoom, teamspeak)  will lag randomly and it will spike in pings of 500 to 1500ms. It will cut off my friends voice randomly or lag where voices are delayed and it will do the same to my voice. It makes communication in game hell because it happens randomly. This will happen atleast 10-20 times per match. Now, i know this only happens when i play apex because i dont have this issue when im playing any other multiplayer games such as LOL or Warzone or literally any other games. 

I can see my discord voice connected ping turn red and see the ping spike to 1500ms for 5 seconds randomly. I also attached a chart of ping test. First 4 tests were without apex running. Last 3 test is with apex running. Now its just running apex, im not even in a match, i did the ping tests while im in a LOBBY. 

Has anyone experienced this issue and if so, is there any solution? I have done any of the basic resolutions that i could find online, changing certain discord settings, changing isp settings. Iv lost track of what iv tried. 

What makes apex such a special game where it affects the network of my other apps so drastically? GIVEN i do not have this issue on any other game i have ever played and i only play multiplayer games.
