Apex Legends connections symbols (GAME UNPLAYABLE)

when I start the game, I am fine throughout the login process and I can check stuff in the main menu normally, but when I get into a match and ready to play, the symbols start popping out like crazy,...

i cant even get into a match i was in a lobby with somebody whos on ps4 and im on steam and it finds us a game sends him in and leaves me at lobby
