Apex Legends couldn't initialize sound

TO ANYONE USING VOICE MEETER BANANA AND GETS THIS ERROR MESSAGE

go to your advanced sound settings, "App Volume and device properties".

Launch Apex, when the error pops up DO NOT CLOSE THE ERROR

Look at the app volumes, and find the one that pops up when you launch Apex. For me it was called D3DProxyWindow.

Change the output from default to Voicemeeter Input (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO). Change the input from default to (VB-Audio VoiceMeeter VAIO)
