This particular crash is in MSVCRT, which is MicroSoft's Visual C++ RunTime dll. Microsoft's DLL crashed when Apex was trying to exit normally. This crash happened inside sapi_onecore, which is part of Microsoft's Speech API.
Unfortunately, there's not much we can do about this crash in 3rd party software.
It looks like it only happened when you were already exiting, so I hope that it doesn't negatively impact your experience enjoying Apex.

Right before my game crashes I see a big spike in Commit charge (see image) I thought the crash had something to do with memory because of this or would this be an effect of the crash?
Also, do any of you feel that the crashes has gotten more and more frequent with the last two patches? would this be because lifted fps cap?

since 4 days 4-5 hours off gaming no fkin crash
before it carashed every fkin day like every 30-60 min
new patch 1.1.3 is fixed the intel cpu game crash issue but problem is ( video settings sometime reset to default automatic ) if you use custom high or low settings anyway no more crash for me now
Same here. Game keeps on crashing. I know I don't have an amazing enet connection. But season one, no issues. Season 2, as many as 5 games in a row crashing. What's happening in guys. Great game. But really annoying experience
After the season 2 I have occasional crashes but without any apex_crash.txt - game just closes and I see desktop.

I know these are quite basic troubleshoot solutions but who knows, it might help you.
Repair Easy Anti Cheat service [open up ''My computer'' and navigate to Local Disk(c) -> Program Files(x86) -> Origin Games -> Apex -> EasyAntiCheat -- Now click on EasyAntiCheat_Setup and then press yes]
Repair Apex Legends [Repair the game in Origin. Within the Origin client right-click on Apex Legends and select “repair.”]
Delete Origin cache
Updating Graphics drivers
Fix corrupt system files [Run CMD as Admin and type '' sfc/ scannow '' and let the scan finish]
FPS locking [Have you tried locking your FPS by going into Apex Legends launch options and typing ''+fps_max 75'' or ''+fps_max 100''

Turn off overlays [Disable any overlays like Origin overlay, Nividia overlay, Overwolf ect.]
Ingame settings [Try lowering the graphical settings within your in-game settings menu. You can try setting everything to low, and have anything optional disabled, then if you do see increased stability, you can enable things little by little until you find where your issue lies]
Overclocking [Disable any overclocking that you have on your CPU and GPU, even “factory” overclocks]
Disable full-screen optimization for Apex Legends
Change EasyAntiCheat.exe priority to Low [Start the game>Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete)> go to Details and find EasyAntiCheat.exe>Right click to change priority to Low. This process may need to be repeated every time you launch the game]
