Forgot EA ID

I have been playing Apex thru my steam for a long time and took a break for a month, after relogging in I was asked to register my EA account and as I was logging in my account under the email address [edit: email address removed] I was prompted that there was no EA under my email.

After reaching out to EA support they were only able to link my brother's account because we are sharing pc but we use a different email.

Would like to get assistance on checking the previous EA ID linked to the email address [edit: email address removed].
