This happened to me on my newly installed Rtx 2070 thought it was something to do with the card itself but seems to be a game issue.

ok guys i've been kinda active in these posts and i think i've finally fixed my issues, the issues beeing crashes with "cannot access memory 0x000.... etc" and the connection one "unable to connecto to ea servers..." i've never had the DX crash but this first post i'm sharing was originally for the DX crash, works for both i guess
this fix came from "Shni3f" and it follows:[What FINALLY WORKED:
What finally stopped me from crashing was that i changed my game properties for APEX.
!!!--- click the settings "wheel" in origin launcher and click game properties: than uncheck the Origin in game setting.
!!!--- go to advanced settings and just add: +fps_max 60 (iam now at 100) depending on ur system]
This seemed to work for me, i used to crash 99% of the games and its been 20 games without a single crash!!!
i've also enabled v-sync but don't know if that affected it in any way
Now for the connection error or crash i searched on the EA forums and found a post about BFV in which the guy basically tells us to change our Link Speed to max beeing 1.0gb.
This can be done by accessing "Network and Sharing Center" -> "Change adapter settings" -> right-click your local area connection icon and go to "properties" -> "configure" -> "advanced" -> search for "Speed & duplex", select it and on the right drop down menu chose "1.0 gbps Full Duplex".
Really hope this helps you guys, believe me i've been trying EVERYTHING and nothing worked untill these two so i feel you all :b Good Luck <3
oh and btw these are issues with the game itself, bad coding or whatnot (dunno im not a programmer), i hope they address this crap ASAP- WOLRDWORSTPLAYE7 years agoNot applicable

In order to fix the crashing issue you have to go to Settings--- Video and lower the Texture Streaming Budget.(It should say 8gb or 4b of Vram) This helped me with my crashes and I hope that it will help you as well.

I had the error "DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG" and nothing worked for me. But this fixed me: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UyLWjfoQ294 only with the drivers 417.71. I could not even finish only one game for a week, and I just played 4 hours ! I have all of my graphic in low, full screen windowsed, 4Go VRAM.
My config : i7700k no OC, Zotac Gaming RTX 2080Ti no OC
