Still not working i have tried everything support told me to do, I even change my Playstation for a new one but my Apex account still crashing at the lobby and only my apex account. Is there a way that respawn can check my account personally to make it work?
Hi @Luro2377 To confirm you are using your account on a different PS4 and still see crashing in the lobby? Do you have anything connected to the USB ports or do you change Audio devices when getting in the game?

Yes! Im using my account on a different ps4 and i tried on a ps5 too but still not working, and i don't have any usb or sound devices connected.

Hi @Luro2377 To confirm are you able to get into the lobby long enough to change skins back to their default and check if the game continues to crash? If so can we try to Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database?

I can't change skins back to default, it crashes to fast, would Enter safe mode and Rebuild the PS database would work? Because i have tried to play on my account on 3 different consoles and still crashes.
