Apex legends crashes as soon as i get into the lobby

I have tried everything respawn and Playstation support told me to do and nothing works, is there a way respawn can fix my account directly? My apex account does not work on my ps5 and ps4 because as...

Hi @Luro2377 To confirm are you able to get into the lobby long enough to change skins back to their default and check if the game continues to crash? If so can we try to Enter Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database?

I can't change skins back to default, it crashes to fast, would Enter safe mode and Rebuild the PS database would work? Because i have tried to play on my account on 3 different consoles and still crashes.

Hi @Luro2377 Its possible if there is something happening to the client to cause this, If not we may need to wait for a future update to see if this continues.
