Which Legend were you playing ? I play Bloodhound, Pathfinder, Bangalore, Wraith, happens on any and all. Ive noticed no pattern.
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Near bridges
What were you doing when the issue occurred? Any actions, noticed no patterns. Completely random crashes.
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? Few friends have an issues, lots dont. Not specifically in my group at the times of crashes.
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? I've gotten at little as back to backs, up to 10 games. Currently on the new patch, its been 2-4 games. Some stutter, some are smooth.
When did this happen? At random from launch.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Game crashes to desktop, sometimes it hangs before that, sometimes just quits.
What should be happening instead? Not crash
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? No idea, it's random, but I'm going to post the contents of the apex_crash.txt, in the compose box bellow, hope it helps.
The only thing I've noticed that helps is locking the game at 75, but I've had it crash once in a while aswell with it locked. I've also lowered it down as low as 50 in small increments with similar outcomes. Crashing after a few games. I've gone as far back as December 7th, 2018 for GPU drivers. Done anything and everything to "optimize/fix" the game. I've followed all the guides and all the steps, a lot of which I've already have disabled from past games such as DVR and so on.
