Also specs are

b450 motherboard

so dont say its my pc

  • The error 0x887a0005 dxgi_error_device_removed that you were seeing @KJUICE00 is one relating to your GPU, the best thing to do is a clean install of your GPU drivers.

You also need to ensure that you:

    • Turn on vsync
    • Perform a clean bootbefore attemting to play the game
    • Ensure you have power supply capable of meeting the demands of your hardware while it is under heavy gaming load
    • Set all in game graphics settings to low in order to reduce the stress on your GPU.
    • Set the high performance preset in your GPU control panel, as opposed to the high quality preset.
    • Run your video card at stock speeds (memory and core). This is also important for players with factory overclocked cards. This will require some third party software such as EVGA
    • Precision or MSI Afterburner etc.

Can you grab us a DxDiag so that we can take a look at your system: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/pc/how-to-gather-dxdiag-information/

  • this error also happened to me since the last nvidia up date i tried every single solution on the youtube and etc ...i am very sure this error because of the last nvidia dam update and i removed my GPUand cleaned it LAMO

  • do you still have this error?  or have you fixed it?  I'm having different errors and can't even load into the lobby. I also get this one a lot too!

  • @KJUICE00 I have the same exact problem, like since today my system just freezes and I am.unable to play at all. I've tried updating my drivers, cleaning files. But it has done nothing
  • I am also having this issue since season 11. Inexplicable full blue screens at random intervals. Yesterday I was able to play fine for 3 or so hours and then it would crash my entire computer every 3-5 minutes of playtime. I have done the clean boot, rolled back drivers, uninstalled the GPU and clean installed a new one, system scans, performance monitored for overheating (temps were fine) and honestly every single thing I could find online about apex system crashes and at this point I'm at a total loss for what to do. Apex has worked fine for me since season 1 with zero issues, no crashes and this is the first time I've ever experienced catastrophic errors like this in any game I've played in the last year.

I'm running this on a 3060TI, Ryzen 7 3700X, 32gb Memory, SSD with a MOTU Ultralite Audio interface.
