Account Progress Lost on Apex Legends (Steam)

I logged into my Apex Legends account on Steam today after not playing for a long time (since around last year). To my surprise, my account was completely reset, and I lost all my 500 hours of progress, including:

My level, My stats, All my in-game currencies, My unlocked Legends, My skins, My two heirlooms

Taken: Nov 30, 2022 @ 11:55 PM - 303 KB
