Apex Legends crashing without error or with referenced memory error

This has been a problem all week for me. Probably half of the games I try to play I get a referenced memory crash within a minute of starting. I've seen a ton of other posts about it but no response from devs that i've seen, or any workarounds that actually work.

i found the solution by myself that you need to turn on the v-sync, then switch it to triple buffer. but it also increase the input lag so the game feels a little bit off. but at least it worked for me and the error wont occur to me anymore.

my guess would be you own an NVIDIA GPU check the patchnotes on reddit.
it is a know issue and the Apex Dev team is working on a fix together with Nvidia.
Open Issues:
[Apex Legends]: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG error message may appear and then the game crashes.[2503360]
