If u are using Nvidia Card use driver 411.70 and before playin stop all background apps like daemon tools, CPU Temp monitors etc maybe even antivirus. Tested all drivers ... from 399 to 418 only 411 .70 didnt crash till now.
I haven't found any reliable fix either but what I did notice is I crash most often right after I get eliminated. I also tried changing settings and Ragdoll effects and when I did my game crashed instantly after joining a match so I think it could be related to the Ragdoll effects. I haven't went through the hassle of reinstalling windows or trying the Visual C++ or my Registry thing someone mentioned because the issue seems way to common and a lot of people still haven't had any luck with doing that.
From my personal experience the best luck I had was playing the game on Windowed in a smaller resolution size than the native resolution I managed to play 10 matches then it crashed. I also had some hit or miss experiences with closing everything except Apex like Discord, Chrome, Steam and also I had to make sure it wasn't minimized to my System Tray.

Edit* I updated my AMD driver to the latest update and managed to play 15 matches before it crashed... I'm clueless whats causing the crash now because as soon as I landed it crashed...
Gotta raise my hand 2. I have the memory error 0x0000... too. I have tried everyghing probably like everywone else but no luck. I have 18h in the game all ready but I have spent about 10h on looking at the windows home schreen after the game crashes. I love this game but its un playable right now. My hearts burning out because there is no responses from any dev that they have even seen this crash.
PLS FIX EA.... btw the worst game develepor in the entire history of mankind...........................................
