Pretty much identical specs as you, except I have a RX 480. Exact same problem.
Added another confirm to all these.
I5 3570k,16gb ram,1060 3gb, SSD. On last months drivers still too.
Have they even confirmed it yet?
- Nope! Not a single acknowledgement from the devs.
