Apex Legends is Crashing to Desktop often, every 2-3 games. Often within 10 seconds of Jump from dropship. Other times its just completely random. Could be 10 mins in to a game, or could be on 7th Ring with 2 squads left.
My steps so far (without positive result):
- Turned off GeForce Experience, Discord and Origin Overlays
- Allowed Origin, OriginWebHelperService and ApexLegends as exceptions in my firewall.
- Reinstalled Game.
- Reinstalled Origin.
- Deleted Origin Cache and Roaming Data
- Updated NVIDIA Drivers to 418.81
- Tried video settings on max/medium/low
- Tried Windowed, Borderless, Fullscreen
Still crashing sometimes 2 games in a row. I cant even find crash/error/event logs in my Event Viewer. What on Earth could be doing this? Like I'm not an IT pro nerdlinger, but I'm not a dummy either. I can't figure this out Q_Q

Two games in a ROW where I crash while in the last circle and having nice communicative teammates. They probably thought I just rage quit for no reason and lost the match for them. Worst part is EA will never fix this bug unless twitch streamers or the majority of the community is affected by it. They're just gonna wait until we quit and brush the problem under the rug.

Can people try this in the command line arguments and tell me if you get any crashes?
+max_fps 100 -dev -console -preload -threads 4 -forcenovsync -windowed -noborder -width 1920 -height 1080Some guy mentioned it in another thread and I tried it and just played for 4-5 hours without any crashes. Could be a fluke and I might start crashing again tomorrow, but so far so good. I will update tomorrow if I get any more crashes.

EA doesn't do **** to fix problems they've created. Best. Company. Ever.

I've been crashing regularly on my RTX 2080 and Ryzen 2700x build and finally may have found something that stopped my crashing. I was just able to play a few games in a row which I haven't been able to do consistently at all since launch. The last thing I did was enable VSync and set it to "Triple Buffered"
