(SOLVED)?
Hi Guys, I have experienced the very same problem. I think I probably solved it (for myself at least)
(I'm running WIN 10 x64 on iMac 27" 2017 5k, AMD Pro 570 4GB, 8GB RAM.)
I tried all these suggestions above but nothing seemed to work. Then I got so pissed off that I tried the most stupid things that came across my mind. I have a 5K screen but in Windows I was running a resolution 2560x1440 because I could not even look at that interface.
BUT
Few hours ago I reset the WIN UI resolution to full (5120x2880) and I changed just the game's resolution to 2560x1440. I've set a 4GB VRAM in the game settings and the game is now working perfectly. I'm playing almost for 2 hours now without any crash.
YES OF COURSE I also did these before: Set the game settings to minimum, uninstall Origin and reinstall it, repair the game, run the game as an administrator with a WIN7 compatibility. I also shut down all other apps like Dicord, Steam, (even from background) Roll back the driver etc. nothing worked.
I know it sounds crazy and mental but I guess that just the resolution-chang caused the game to work properly. Now it works on Ultra video settings. Teamspeak and Discord work as well. simultaneously.
HAPPY!
Hope this crazy idea helps you a bit.

Can anyone else confirm positive results from this?
- 7 years agoNo positive results.
- 7 years agoHad some FPS problems in that resolution aswell, would be nice if I could play on the recommended settings for my computer so I can run the game smoothly.
- 7 years agoThanks for the suggestion

no it didn't work for me
- 7 years agoI change my games resolution a couple different times and one of them has lasted longer than usual but no it doesn't work for me.
- 7 years agoBah, as the community manager said, run CCleaner, it will work... lol

But guys millions of players are playing the game just fine it HAS to be your system.... Except the fx6xxx guys, if you have that line of cpu better switch over to a new one if you want to play🙂
- 7 years agowhat is the problem with my processor?
- 7 years agoIts not the CPU we’re dealing with. I’m runnig PUBG, R6S, RoE and all the newest games on ULTRA settings with no problem. My game keeps crashing mostly during falling down from the dropship. I reduced the crashing by the processes meant above from 5 minutes to 40 minutes but it still keeps freezing and then crashing to desktop with no error message. You still think this is a problem of so many people with such an extra expensive graphic cards who are playing other games with higher “minimum requirements” ?? This really is a SW issue and it needs to be repaired by the developer with release notes to the Origin update. I’m really looking forward to see what’s in the release notes discription. Lets give it some time...

I solved the problem, I turned off the integrated graphics card 🙂 Works perfectly.

Could be luck, but when i put -vulkan on launch options of the Origin like in dota 2, the game never crashed playing in one hour here using a FX6300 with 6 cores. If it didn't work, try -dx9, -dx12 , -gl . GL = OpenGL. It was the only thing i saw that nobody tried here, lol.
