Same problem. GPU: R9 390 CPU: I3 8600 I've tried every fix suggested in here, on reddit, youtube, etc. Nothing has helped at all. Fix the game.

Here's my fix: disable full screen optimization by right-clicking the shortcut on your desktop then go to compatibility. No crash yet.
Edit... Crashed after 4 games .
