Apex legends Crashing/freezing on startup (Please help i cant play)

So since 2 weeks i got a problem with apex legends on my new pc it crashes on start up.

i really dont know what to do anymore and i cant find any working solutions please help me 

my specs are rtx4080

                       i9 13500k

    Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

    • EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
    • EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
    • EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)

    Delete Windows Temp Files

    • First, make sure you close as many programs as you can
    • Press the Windows key + R, go into the file explorer
    • Type in %temp%, and hit Enter
    • Delete everything it allows you to delete
    • Reboot the PC

  • same problem.

    i actually had this problem about 3 months ago.

    apex launches. i click continue and it crashes. sometimes it doesn't even let me press continue and crashes before that.

    i did literally EVERYTHING

    restart game

    restart PC

    verify integrity

    windows update

    driver update

    turns out the driver update broke it

    so i rolled back a version.

    it worked and i played for a couple months and i never updated my driver since.

    now with this new update it doesn't work and i saw a new update for 2/13 so i figured it doesn't work anyways so i updated it.

    i just crash before i get into lobby

    literally can't play

    i have a 4070ti i913700k

    at this point i'm thinking it's a hardware/software incompatibility they need to fix

    my gf with a 2080 has no problems and never had a problem updates or not

  • @EA_Shepard hello ive done that now and restarted but it remains the same game opens and as soon as i get to the menu where i can press start it freezes or closes/crashes

  • No ive been getting this since abit now when i first got it in season 19 i fixed it from to steam from ea launcher but since the season 20 update it is back and i cant play again  and no i havent been getting any other errors or anticheat errors it just closes or even restarts my whole,bluescreeens it.

    @SigmaGamingYT186 With the last update that was pushed, since this morning, have you been getting any type of anti-cheat error or other errors when you launch?
