APEX LEGENDS CROSS PLATFORM

I used to play Apex Legends on the x account on PS4, then I transferred the x account to another ea account, and then I transferred the x account again to my first ea account. It's cross platform on PC, how do I connect it (connected to PS4 and Steam EA account) sorry for translate HELP
