Apex Legends Crossplay problem

Good day,

I am having crossplay problems. I am on PS4 with my own EA account and my friend is playing on Xbox with his own EA account. We're friends, but can't see each other on our friends list on Apex Legends. When is press to find a friend and I insert his name, it picks him up and shows that we are EA friends, but can't see each other on our friends list and invite each other to games.

What is there to do?

    Hi @Kapt_Roekeloos, 

    Have you and your friend checked your privacy settings to make sure cross-play and invites are both enabled?

    Hey @Dr3wDuds, 

    The patch notes for the Genesis Collection Event mention that an issue with joining friends is going to be fixed. If you're still having trouble with invites after the patch goes live can you let me know?
